We specialize in digitizing your old movies—including VHS tapes, DVDs, MiniDV, and more—so you can enjoy them in a modern, convenient format. We also offer Plex server setup, allowing you to easily organize and stream your digitized media from any device.

How does the Plex setup work?
If you opt for our Plex setup service, we’ll organize your digitized media into a Plex server, making it easy to stream on your TV, computer, or mobile device. We can guide you through the setup process or handle it entirely for you.
How does the process work?
- Order & Payment: Once you place an order, we’ll send you a Venmo payment link with an invoice for 75% of the total cost.
- Ship Your Media: You’ll package and ship your tapes/discs to us.
- Digitization & Setup: We carefully convert your media and, if requested, set up your Plex server so your movies are organized and accessible.
- Delivery & Final Payment: Once your order is complete, we’ll return your original media (if desired) along with the digitized files. The remaining 25% balance is due upon delivery.
How long does it take?
Our typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the size of your collection and the condition of the media.
- Small Orders (1–5 tapes/discs): Usually completed within 5–7 days.
- Medium Orders (6–15 tapes/discs): Typically take 1–2 weeks.
- Large Orders (16+ tapes/discs): May require 2+ weeks, but we’ll provide an estimated timeline upon receiving your shipment.
If you’re also opting for a Plex setup, additional time may be needed to organize, label, and configure your media properly. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when your order is ready for return or donation.

Why do I need to pay 75% upfront?
Digitizing and setting up a Plex server requires time, resources, and storage space. The 75% upfront payment ensures we can process your order efficiently. The final 25% balance is due upon delivery to guarantee you’re satisfied with the results.
What if I don’t have Venmo?
Venmo helps us keep costs lower for everyone, but if you don’t have an account, let us know! We may be able to arrange an alternative payment method.
What format will my movies be in?
By default, we provide MP4 files for broad compatibility. If you have specific format requests, let us know!
Do you return my original tapes and discs?
Yes! If you’d like your original media back, we’ll ship them to you along with your digitized files. However, if you don’t want them returned, we can donate them to a local library. Simply let us know your preference when placing your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our service, refunds are not available once processing has begun. However, if you encounter any issues with your digitized files or Plex setup, we’ll work with you to resolve them.
